Relax lying down in Savasana/Corpse pose.
Practice deep abdominal breathing. Continue long slow even paced breathing as you practice.
2-4 Classic Sun Salutations
Sit in easy pose. Breathe.
Stand in Mountain/Tadasana pose for 3-5 breaths.
Tree pose 3-5 breaths right and left side.
Wide Legs Forward Fold/Prasarita Padottonasana 3-5 breaths.
Triangle pose right and left 3-5 breaths each side.
Sunworshipper then Chiilds/Balasana Pose or Cobblers/Baddha Konasana then Down Dog
